Amex Credit card department,
I submitted an application for an American Express - credit card based on an online offer for - points after spending $3000.00 in the first - months ( see attached ). Instead, I received - points. I contacted American Express several times about this, and they said the - points offer had expired, even though that was the offer I saw and the reason I signed up for the card. Regardless, the offer shortly after I signed up for the card was for - points after spending $5000.00 in the first - months ( see attached ). In addition, American Express took away - points from my account without any explanation in -/-/2016 ( see attached ).
