I was called by a lady at the - Idaho branch. She stated that they were closing my account and could no longer do business with me. She stated that I was on -. I told her that my account had been opened for a.couple months and that the branch manager was aware of my situation. This is why I got a fresh start checking account. The lady was extremely rude and informed me that my debit card was shut off over a week ago. I asked why I was n't notified BEFORE it was turned off and why I am just now being aware of these problems now ... after the account has been open for a couple months. The branch manager had okay 'd that I proceeded. This is probably the worst bank ever. Now I am having to find a new bank ... and my rent will be late and I will be charged extra fees. I went with this bank due to the local branch having great customer service. This lady works at the same branch.
