I have disputed Regional Acceptance many times because they continue to report inaccurate information such as the balance and notating it as key derogatory every month which causes my credit score to go down. They continue to confirm and verify the information is reporting inaccurately however they have not responded to any of my direct disputes with them. I have been writing to them for almost a year and they have not responded once!!
