Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Ohio
My wife and I purchased a - - in - - with Ally Financial holding the lien. We recently experienced severe issues with the car and it is not longer safe to drive. We can not afford to make repairs or payments on the car and - - or - we said to just take the car from the dealership and to we letting them repo the car. We gave all the contact information over. Since that time we have gotten calls everyday demanding we speak to them and they are denying any record of our call about the voluntary repo. In addition we had tried to adjust the terms of the loan on multiple occasions and had no luck. Finally we think the van in question is a lemon.
