I filed complaints on TransUnion , LLC, to the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, because of the way TransUnion , LLC was handling my files and disputes. Ever since I have notified the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, they have placed my credit file in a specialty unit and have blocked my file from all of the other departments within TransUnion , LLC. However, this specialy unit as the representatives refer to it, states they will need to handle my request or concerns when I call, and they always transfers me to this specialty unit. However, I never reach a live person. A lady named - called me back while I was on the phone with someone, and left me a message. However, she never left her last name, therefore, when I went to return the phone call she was not accessible, because you need the persons last name to access their extention. The lady named -, left me a message stating that she is unable to remove my inquiries, which was one of the concerns I had regarding my credit file with TransUnion , LLC. I have disputed all inquires listed on my TransUnion , LLC credit file with
authorized the entry. However, TransUnion , LLC has still refused to remove the inquires with the permission of all the companies. All of the invalid inquires have been removed by the other two credit bureaus except, TransUnion , LLC. TransUnion , LLC has also refused to allow me to dispute any other entries on my credit file, because they have blocked my account from viewing by other TransUnion , LLC employees, therefore, I am unable to have access to my credit file to dispute any inaccurate information. I can not reach the TransUnion , LLC specialty department, because each representative that I do speak to states that there is only an extension number that they can send my call to, and then when you get transferred you end up getting a voice machine, where you have to leave a message, and hope that someone calls you back.
