Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Texas

I called Experian to have my personal information corrected after I pulled my credit report. I told the agent that I spoke to that there were several addresses being listed on my credit report that were neither mine nor addresses that I have ever resided at. The agent stated that he would not remove nor update incorrect information on my report. I informed the agent that I have lived at the same address for over 13yrs and they addresses that were being reported could not be accurate. I have had the same address listed on my T- Drivers License and with my employer as well. My address has not changed in 13yrs. The agent I dealt with was rude and unwilling to assist me in correcting incorrect information.
