Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Opened my account in -/-/2016 to make a purchase that i was told was under the special promo where i do n't have to pay interest for 6 months. Before the purchase I spoke to walmart employee and then - different customer support agents on the phone and was told that everything should be fine. My -/-/- statement included an interest charge. I called customer service back and was told i was not a part of the promo because i did not qualify but would not give me a reason why. They gave me no solution and basically said i would have to pay interest going forward. I then paid off my entire account and cancelled my card because i was so upset.
