I had explicitly asked them to only contact me concerning the matter after I heard they had contacted multuple parties that have nothing to do with the situation. They continue to contact other individuals that do not directly relate to the debt after we had come to this agreement to include my wifes employer, my employer, other individuals associated with my last employer and individuals i served with - to 5 years ago.... |

Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to May 30, 2015 - RE : Hunter Warfield Inc ( # - ) I called the number provided when first contacted in writing by Hunter Warfield. I spoke to a representative on the phone attempting to make payments according to my financial capability. The representative was very rude and scoffed at my earnest effort to pay the bill over time. He said that every time a monthly payment would be made, that the company would charge an additional $14.00 fee for payment acceptance thereby almost negating my attempt to pay over time. I had filed a notice to dispute and also contacted the apartment company and an attorney.
