Other bank product/service Problems caused by my funds being low South Carolina

I have a Wells Fargo mortgage as well as a couple other Wells Fargo accounts. I had set up the mortgage to Auto-deduct from a checking account, but was going to close that account. I deleted the auto-deduct, but apparently it did n't delete and they charged me a $25.00 fee for insufficient funds. They refuse to remove this fee even though it was their error. The mortgage was paid ( from another Wells Fargo accout ) on time.
