We used to have my mortgage loan with - - mortgaga but around -, our mortgage was transferred to loan care based in - ; Virginia. On -/-/16, they sent us an escrow analysis indicating that I had a shortage of -. The problem is that they could not explain where the shortage was coming from. I still pay close to what I have been paying in the past. My - went down so too did my - My monthly mortgage payment has gone up from - to - showing an increment of about $260.00. They paid out - for my - bill ; that was understood but the shortage still could n't be justified. They continued to refer us to our previous mortgage company for any explanation. Also, we were late making our - payment and so we paid it around - - but they reported to the credit bureau that we were late for - instead of the previous month ; -. We paid twice in -. The decreases in our - and - is still not reflected in the total amount that we pay every month.
