Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone South Carolina
Over the last couple of years I have been struggling to get my credit back in good standings, and I have finally gotten it to the point where I 've been approved for a home loan. During the process I discovered negative information on my credit reports involving tax liens. So I got in touch with the appropriate personnel that sent letters of expungement and had liens taken off of reports. I was using - - services to keep track with this process of removing these items from the - agencies they use, - and -. When they were removed my credit score went up greatly. Naturally I wanted to see the results of the other agency Experian. In -, when initial credit inquiry was done by mortgage company, my credit score registered - with Experian. When I was finally able to find out my new score, I was disappointed to find it at -. Then while trying to get some understanding as to how my score could decrease with them and increase with the others I was unable to receive any clarity. I voiced my concerns through an online dispute, but have not had any kind of response. Thanks for giving me this platform to air concerns and complaints.
