Credit monitoring or identity protection problem cancelling or closing account

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem cancelling or closing account Arizona
I took advantage of a free-trial offer for a credit report. After charging my account for $1.00 to pull my credit, I was signed up for monthly credit monitoring. I called and requested to cancel my monthly membership. My credit card continues to be billed. I have called them to cancel this membership several times in 2016 and every time I call, the representative states that they are have no prior notes of my conversations. This company refuses to cancel my membership and refund my money. I was finally able to get the membership stopped in -/-/2016 after insisting that my call is escalated to a supervisor. But this company still took well over $200.00 from my bank account after I instructed them to stop The company completely refuses to acknowledge all of the prior requests to cancel the membership and refuses to issue a refund for all of the unauthorized charges to my credit card.
