Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Mississippi

I recently disputed several items with - and the items were deleted from my credit report ... The company name was listed as - - and now they have re inserted the negative items back on my report but under - -, I was never notified by the collection agency nor the Credit bureaus that this information was going to be put back on my reports. This has caused a tremendous drop in.my score and has affected my pre-approval for my home. When, I disputed the items I asked for a debt validation letter along with - correspondence but the company failed to reply back with supporting documents.. They have violated the Fdca law and the Fcra which I can seek damages from the collection agency.. The debt is n't owed because it was included in a paid lawsuit..I have documentation of debts being paid.. the date of services were -/-/-,2016..I am asking that these negatives be removed immediately with company and the company be advised not to re insert these items back to my report and if they do, I will sue..
