Wells Fargo is still sending me letters saying my account with them is still open, even after agreeing to close it when they heard from your agency in -. Their current letter, dated - -, 2016, says they need a social security number to close it, which I will not send. Their representative assured us weeks ago that this was taken care of. We did not open a line of credit with them, nor have we ever had any sort of account with them whatsoever.
