Credit line increase/decrease

Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Credit line increase/decrease Pennsylvania

walmart credit closed my account with no notification. I called and they demanded to run a new credit inquiry to reopen it. I did not request it to be cloed. This effects my available credit and therefore my credit score as would a new inquiry.
