Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Washington
I attempted to file a dispute with Trans Union about my - card. So I went online to file the dispute. At the last point, where I needed to upload documents in support of my dispute, I found that the documents could be uploaded in Windows Edge Browser, but you could go no further as the Submit button was not working. When I called Trans Union, I first was routed to a call center in the -. I 'd already given my dispute ID and then the lady asked me for my Name, then Social Security Number, then she needed my home address. At that point I told her I was not comfortable giving that information to people that do not live in the US and are not held responsible for our laws. So I was transferred to the United states and spoke with an Escalation Man. He then informed me that he 'd heard their submit button was no longer working for supporting documentation, and if we needed to add documentation, we would need to fax it a - with a cover letter and all this documentation, or I could mail it. This, to me, is COMPLETELY unacceptable. TRANS Union IS misreporting information on me, and now I have to PAY to get my dispute resolved?!?!? I 've attached my successful dispute through -, which is what I was going to attach originally.
