Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Georgia
I went to the dealership - - 2016 to get my radio repaired. While in the waiting area I spoke to a sales rep about wanting to get a GT model in the future. Next thing I know I get an alert from - saying I authorized a inquiry. I walked to counter and asked him if he was running my credit because I just got an alert. He assured me that he was taking a peak. I never authorized him to run my credit and I have contacted them directly and they have not responded and it has been over 30 days. I already had my credit ran multiple times in -, why would I approve to run it again, when I was just asking questions about a car, not buying another -. This has been damaging to my credit and needs to be removed.
