Withing the last five days, my EQUIFA- credit scores dropped by over - points in one fell swoop. I monitor all - credit reporting bureaus via - and other services. Neither - or - registered such a radical downgrading. I called EQUIFA- and spoke to an overseas representative who simply read old negative data entries without being willing to specifically share with this consumer what specific new item actually correlated to the double digit drop. In the past, I had to struggle with EQUIFA- over similar behavior. In every instance, they refused to go over the cause of any adverse action. This is unfair, arbitrary, and counter to consumer protection rules. I want the score restored.
