Incorrect information on credit report Public record New Jersey
I had an issue with my credit profile so I called customer service at Equifax, I was transferred oversea 's to a speak with one of their customer service reps. I told them that there are a few credit cards that are not reporting on my credit report. I explained to Equifax that they are the only credit bureau that those credit cards not showing up on. The customer service rep said she would take care of it. I am in the middle of getting a new mortgage when I was alerted to this mind blowing actions this customer service rep did to my credit profile. I repulled my credit report today in disbelief what that customer service rep did. She removed my current address and replaced them with - addresses that do n't belong to me, she added a tax lien tradeline on my credit report that does n't belong to me. She basically destroyed my credit rating in a single day. I want my credit profile back that I had several days ago. I am about to blow the top of my lid off and file a lawsuit against Equifax if this is n't taken care of ASAP.
