I purchased a bedroom set from - which I finaced that same day - also bought and paid for with my debit card in the amount of $110.00 a second box spring from -. I received my furniture however the boxspring was damaged so the took the one they were going to deliver and brought the other - later. I paid - $ leaving a balance of $590.00. I received my second paper statement reflecting an increase in $100.00. I called the bank and spoke - - who said she didnt know why but shows was additional purchase made -. I never went back to this store or any furniture store. - said she couldnt help with the details and referred me back to -. I called - and spoke - - people - they also show I finaced $1500.00 and paid for the other purchase I was also provided physically a second itemized bill they told me to call the bank again which I did and was told I made second purchase -/-/- for $99.00 I asked to speak with a - because I clearly am getting the run around from syncrony so the man said he would dispute this for me if i like, of course I request the dispute and a month passed I have now received another itemized bill and was told I signed it it is my signature. I called - in finance whom will nit return my calls.
