Citibank Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Michigan
In the middle of - this year, I received a text from the Citicards Fraud Department. I immediately called that department to investigate what was going on. They informed me that there were some charges on my account that 'they ' suspected were fraudulent charges. When I logged into my account on line I immediately noticed that there were - ( - ) charges that clearly indicated that someone used my credit card to pay New Jersey -. I was told by the dispute department that they closed the account and issued a new card. I was told that when my - -, 2016 statement would reflect that these charges would be subtracted from the account.
