Closed and pulled money from the account to make it a zero balance. Had told me prior on the phone that they would send a check for the amount of the account. After months of not receiving a check, I called them again and the representative told me that the account was permanently closed and the money returned to where it came from and that I would not be receiving a check. She could give me 'no further information '.
