I have a credit card account with PNC. They state I am entitled to 1.25 % cashback on every purchase, I made a $1300.00 car payment for a friend to - financial and they are stating because of the way - coded the transaction that im not eligible. Spoke with at least - people who all tell a different story, several have even agreed with me but in still missing a huge credit to my account. I firmly believe that PNC has ripped me and others off in the past and they are still doijg it as we speak.
