Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Oklahoma

I got a loan from Spot Loan a few months ago and then lost my job, so ca n't make the monthly payments. For the past week I 've had a collection agency call me threatening to put me in jail saying the fact of Spot Loan not being able to ACH payments from my bank means I wrote a hot check. The call today was a lady saying I 'd be served on -/-/- by who, I do n't know. I know my rights and they ca n't put me in jail for this. I 'm so tired of the calls that I 'll probably change my phone number.
