My wife and I made purchases on a Best Buy Credit Card account. In - charges were added monthly based on our carried balance for " - - - -. '' We did not knowingly purchase this service, and the total amount charge was approximately $1500.00 over the period from - -, - through - -, -. We asked for a refund of these charges when we became aware of them in -, but Best Buy Credit Card refused to refund these charges. We believe these charges are not proper, since we did not purchase the service knowingly. We did not realize that the charges were there until my mother-in-law reviewed the credit card statements with us.
