I have a credit card through Citibank with a $450.00 annual fee, Citibank mailed me a new card agreement right before my renewal date stating my annual fee would now be $350.00 and I would have no late fee penalties and a reduced annual interest rate. After I renewed my account and paid the annual fee I received a letter from Citi stating that the previous letter had been in error and the fee was still $450.00. I called Citibank to try to resolve this matter and was told that they would not stand by the quoted annual fee. I feel this is a case of bait and switch that deceived customers.
