Citibank Credit Card Complaint

Citibank Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Minnesota

I have been sending disputes to all - credit bureaus for the past 4 months regarding this issue. Citi has been harassing me and my family regarding an account that is not mine. They are saying that I owe them $3000.00 and they are reporting this on my credit report without my permission. When I sent them the police report and identity theft affidavit they ignored them and sent me none of the information I requested in order to validate this charge. If they do not stop contacting me and do not stop reporting this fraudulent information I will be contacting my attorney and filing a lawsuit for defamation.
