Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Maine

Hi, last - I hired an Attorney ; - - at : - - - - at -, ME - he & I contacted all - Credit Bureau 's and gave all - my SS # 's/ my date of birth/ my full name/ my mothers birth name/ and my ME drivers license # 's/ - even showed them who I was with his laptop/ I am paying him $50.00 to do the footwork, I went to see - because I got a $40000.00. Bill in the mail, it was my Son 's bill, we share the same Full name - - - only on his birth cert. he has " - '' on the end of his name, and I do n't have " - '' on the end of mine and my S.S. # starts - his starts - his birth date is : - -, - mine is : - -, - How can they make these Mistakes??? I had the same Problems with the Court System, and Social Security, I paid off - credit cards in the last decade, - was left outstanding as they ruined my credit statis with my bank so I could no


see online what my credit score was after a whole week I found it ; - but.. they wo n't send me My Free Credit Report or why my score is so low? If more items are on it that are not mine then they Need to Clear it up! My Son 's Wife - - opened a Credit Card account in my Son 's name and they have been separated for 5 yrs now, and She opened up Checking accounts in his name and did n't pay Anything on any of it! So, what happens is they are still married, the credit card guys and the Banks ca n't find my Son, so chances are those amounts may have found their way to my credit Report like they did on my Son 's Hospital Bills $40000.00. ended up on my credit reports at all - bureau 's, I should not have to pay to see what 's on my report and I can Try to correct what is not Mine " THEY Do n't Care even if those Bills are not Mine '' just so long Someone pays for them???? Their not My Bills and I will not Pay Them! And I Expect All - Bureau 's to get their act together and clear up my Credit Report, It 's their job not mine and I paid $50.00 to get this cleared up and the only thing they send me is.. " Lack of Credit History '' I want to see what my Credit Report Contains " '' Itemized '' '' & Date 's on all and by who? This is Not Fair to me how they Hide the Information from me and try to charge me to get the info.. when they " State '' FREE Credit Score.. FREE Credit Report then want your Credit Card Infomation??? They Should be SUED!!! I Really Hope You can do Something about this " Major Problem '' with all - Bureau 's and Get what is n't my bills on that credit report and get them to Understand I am me I am not my Son, and what ever his " Wife charged up with Credit cards and Checking accounts are Not My Responseability '' If in fact if they are on my credit report they Need to be Removed ASAP or I will get a New Attorney and SUE all -!!! In - or - - -! And I 'll have - - be a wittness as well and it 's been more then a Year to clear this up, are you able to get my credit report? I do n't have a credit card to do so! I have a Debit Card and their Website does except Debit Cards but, they wo n't let mine go through.. I tried 3 Times and I 'm Right UP TO HERE!!! With Them!!! Please Tell Them I will go to the Federal Attorney General Office about them and their Shady Practice 's and also Get AN Attorney about Why my Son 's Bill 's Get 's on my Credit Report??? And, how they Play Games instead of Correcting the Problems and How Do I know This Wo n't Happen Again? And Again, And So On.. Could you send me an E-mail to what you found out? And What I can do?
