My car was repossessed in - 2016. When I called Ally to find out how much it would cost to have the car returned to me, I was told that it would cost $1500.00, and specifically told that this included the - payment, and applied as follows : - thru - payment - $ - - payment 377.81+ Late fee - $1500.00. Ally now says that I 'm late on my - payment because they applied $400.00 to the Redemption Center. I 'm complaining because it was never disclosed to me about the Redemption Center fee, and because I did not follow the instructions to have the money wired to them, but rather mailed a cashier 's check instead to the usual payment location, instead of to the Redemption Center.
