Experian is the company that verifies identity for -. Every year I am denied and have to go through a series of other steps through - to verify my identity. As of today for the 2017 coverage year, Experian has not verified my identity even thought I have sent them the info needed. They do not allow disputes like this on their website and no one has returned my calls in any of the last 3 years that i have had this issue. I have a very extensive and excellent credit profile but my family and I are being singled out for this process every year. Last Year, My daughter was without coverage for 2 months due to this delay. I sent in a copy of my drivers license as I have every year but no response.
