Amex Credit card department,
I signed up through an - and Americanexpress.com website advertised promotion. - - Frequent Flyer Milers Bonus after - USD in spending within 3 months. After completing the offer within the 3 months, I was only provided - Frequent Flyer Miles. This offer has been running for the most part of the year including the time I signed up of which I was referred directly from - website for the promotion. I tried to settle the issue with American Express. American Express is telling me they did not offer that bonus at the time, when there are numerous websites archives documenting at the time period I signed up that they were indeed offering that promotion. I also have a copy of the form I filled out which shows the terms and conditions of the offer.
