Citibank Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Arizona
This is in response to an earlier complaint ( Case number : - ) that is still not fully satisfied. Citibank continues to send my mail to the wrong address, despite several phone calls and the previous official complaint. How many times do I have to try to get them to make this one simple change? Further, Citibank seems to be unwilling to explain to me how a person can activate a stolen credit card without my knowledge or permission, as requested in my previous complaint.
