Loan Care Mortgage department,
Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account California
The servicing of my loan ( - - ) was transferred from - - ( loan # - ) to Loan Care Servicing ( loan # - ) -/-/2016. I made my scheduled -/-/2016 payment to - mortgage on time but my new servicer ( loan Care ) is not giving me credit, they claim the payment has not been forwarded as required. - - claims it was sent 2 business days after receiving my -/-/- payment. I am now receiving threatening letters and loss mitigation threats to perform by Loan Care. I have contacted both companies and each has not helped, my credit is now in jeopardy even though I have made all payments on time. I am being coerced into making additional payments that are not due to avoid damaging my credit. A 30 day late mortgage payment would have lasting consequences to my credit and cause serious financial damage.
