This complaint is addressed to Equifax Credit Reporting Agency. Resolution deletion of collection account # - per ( - ) -. Per response with the CFPB, case number : -, dated -/-/2016, - claims they have submitted a " request for deletion '' to ALL credit reporting agencies and requested permission up to 45 days for the agencies to process their request. ( Validation Letter attached ). Not ever receiving a credit report, Equifax denied online access for full report. Through an online free credit site, -, report states - as ( Collections ), updated -/-/2016. As to date, it has not been deleted. Equifax is the last of - agencies to adhere to request by -. If said request is not honored within the timeline requested by -, I will proceed legal actions per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. s 1681. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
