Please reverse the $34.00 NSF fee as it was a duplicate of the other $34.00 fee, that is, you assessed two NSF fees for the same exact thing, which was that your decision to suspend my Citibank Custom Credit Line without any notice or awareness by me and moreover, for no reason that anyone at citibank customer service can explain, put me in the position of being unable to simply move $56.00 from my $32000.00 credit line to make the $76.00 payment clear. I could have completed that the same day the overage occurred, -/-/2016 if you had not suspended my credit line 5 days earlier without my knowledge. I had told your staff before I left that I was going to be in Hawaii for a week, where as you know there is NO Citibank branch in all the -, so I was completely helpless to do anything E-CEPT move the money from my Custom credit line the same day to my Checking account - the one avenue I had available to remedy the shortage - but you had cut that off, again for no reason at all and without my knowledge or awareness until I tried to use


each agent that I was in Hawaii ( which they could see by the phone as I called from my hotel room land line at - ) and that I needed to be able to move the money from my Credit Line to my checking to cover the overage. No one could help me ; they EACH said they could NOT UNDERSTAND why my Credit Line was even suspended in the first place five days earlier. I had NEVER done anything wrong or against the rules, or even imprudent, nor made a late payment - so why was it suspended just when I was away from home, on travel status, in Hawaii where there are no Citibank branches, and then suspended so I could n't use it? For this reason, that I was powerless to do anything about the overage due to Citibank 's sudden and unknown to me, secret disabling of my account for no reason, actually 5 days earlier - that I incurred the overage in the first place. If you had not done that, I would have been able to move the funds and not incur an overage or NSF situation. THat Is why the remaining $34.00 NSF needs to be reversed, just as you already reversed the other one. THank you.
