My Current PayPal account is -- this account has $170.00 available funds ; Opened in good standing since - -. Account limitations have been placed on this account and it has been completely frozen I 've been told misinformation as to why my account is limited. I 've spent hours on hold and on the phone only to get nowhere. They just repeat themselves, transfer you and repeat them themselves, than put you on hold until you 've been on the phone an hour only to be disconnected.. FIRST THEY said my account is limited to customer complaints of not receiving merchandise.. Than they said its because on another account from - that is negative. So when I get contradicting statements witch which is clearly evident in the correspondence sent by PayPal. Every response shows contempt to answer any of my questions I do n't know what to do or believe. They keep ignoring my question and repeating - of - scenarios. I 'm sending you everything I 've got so hope you can make sense of it and help me regain access to my account and my funds.. I really need that money I 'm behind on my - - credit card now thanks to PayPal stonewalling me.
