Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Ohio
I have submitted several letters with return receipts disputing the information that Experian is reporting on behalf of -. I have also requested written verification of my signature and/or what methods were used to verify the information. The law requires the Bureaus to be able to back up what they are reporting or delete the information entirely. Likewise I have sent several letters to the creditor : - not only disputing the information but also requesting written verification of the information that Experian is currently reporting. I have return receipts for all letters sent to both companies. Both companies have failed to mark the report of their information as being disputed. Both companies have failed to provide me written verification and therefore I am requesting there information that they are currently reporting for - be permanently deleted as this has created hardship for me in securing a home loan.
