They have this on my credit report and would like it to be removed.They never sent me any verification of this debt. When I would receive harassing phone calls at work and at home. I sent them a ceased and desist letter. And now it 's on my credit report. As Midwest Recovery System. I do n't have this loan. and owe them nothing. - is what is owed. Please look into this matter. Midwest Recovery Systems Payday loan charged fees or interest i didn't expect charged fees or interest i didn't expect November 8, 2016 - I 'm not even sure the original company that issued the payday loan. Which every company it is, it has been well over 5 years ago when I discovered that these payday loans were issued illegally in the state of NC. A few days ago I received a notification on my credit report that I owed MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEM. After researching them, it shows that they are trying to collect on a payday loan. I used the - complaint system to have them remove this account from my credit report as their contract was illegally issued in the state of NC. - however only updated the account saying it was valid.... |

I started to get harassing phone calls at home, work and also friends and family started getting calls regarding this loan after a while they stopped. On - 2016 I noticed a collection on my credit reports from Midwest Recovery Systems for $2200.00, they never sent me any paperwork validating the terms of this loan or the amount owed. I only borrowed $800.00 and I paid most of that back.... |
