Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute West Virginia

Against : - illegal credit reporting The collection agency has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Has never communicated with me, I am requesting proof that they communicated with me if they are claiming so ( mail tracking, etc ). A collection agency can create a letter, at anytime, back date it, and falsely claim that they have sent it to the consumer. This has become common practice for collection agencies which they conveniently " do not have any proof that the consumer was notified ''. As a consumer I never had the chance to ask for proof of Debt or communication with this company. As a part of this claim, I am willing to provide concrete proof, legal documents which show that I lived and worked in a US Territory.
