Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long California
I have contacted Experian, I have also provided them with a letter from the furnisher of the information and yet Experian fails to remove the erroneous information that is outside the reporting period as it has passed 7 years and the statue of limitations for this debt have also passed. Experian continue to report -/ - on my credit. While the lender who purchased it from the original creditor states there is a zero balance Experian continues to report the original creditor with comments purchased by another lender thus not verifying that the debt is not owed. Such information should have been deleted when I asked months ago. Experian is in violation of FDCPA and the FCRA.
