I have had an account with Amex Serve since -/-/2016, My direct deposit has come in later and later every week for the past 4 weeks and I am paid every week Wednesday. I spoke with a representative on today who informed me that my direct deposit will not process to my account until after my pay date. I spoke with the supervisor - and she nor the representative were able to provide a valid reason why my deposit would come in late. I request to speak with someone that was able to actually assist me and the supervisor - informed me there is no one able to assist me. Now, I will have no gas to get to work this morning and I may be assessed a late fee on my rent.
