Citibank Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Pennsylvania
My father ( age - ) had - - take his personal information to open up a Citi credit card on - -, 2015. On - -, 2015 - - made a transfer to my father 's - - - credit card for $3700.00 ( - - had also made - large transfers on the - - - card that were illegal and - - - has refunded those charges ). I have been contacting Citi for several months trying to get this straightened out, only to be transferred to every department and get nowhere. - - had also opened a - and - card- doing the same large transfers, both cards have also admitted these cards were opened in fraud.
