We have continued to pay the car payments due, yet, have had no use of the car in over three months. Although -. Byrider claims no to sell cars with salvaged, restored or rebuilt titles because as they say " Cars with branded titles often 1 ) Wear though tires more quickly, 2 ) have mechanical issues 3 ) have a significantly lower resell value 4 ) May have Safety Issues ''.
On -/-/2016, when were in the process of the purchase of this vehicle we were presented with -- different - reports that did n't belong to the car we were planning to purchase. Unclear why it was so difficult to get us the right one the first time. The - - that we were presented with finally on the - mentioned nothing on the unaddressed recalls on the vehicle and lacked previous records. Also, on -/-/2016, -. Byridder did not provide a Buyer 's Guide to us on the - -. There was nothing in the vehicle window nor any Buyer 's Guide provided at closing. There was no price posted in the window, as well. When we sat down with the General Manger, -, and he presented us with a Preliminary Purchase Worksheet. He had the price of the car listed at $11000.00 & trade difference listed as $11000.00. However, we asked about the $4000.00, incentive deduction that they had going at the time. At that time -, wrote in $15000.00 & wrote in - $4000.00. So instead of the selling price of the car to be $7900.00 it was now $11000.00. - stated that he had already deducted the $4000.00 before bringing us the paperwork. However, the paperwork does not represent the same. The car at the time of purchase had - miles as of today -/-/2016, the car - miles. The - - - value of the car in Great condition is $1500.00. We believe these matters with -. Byridder needs be addressed immediately. - and - - are requesting that -. Byridder, -, - - - and all affiliates release - - - & - - -, from any further financial obligations. Clear this car as paid- with only positive reporting to all - credit agencies and refund the monies paid on the vehicle to this of $2600.00 point due to the loss of use since -/-/2016, and at that time we will release the vehicle back to -. Byridder. Out of less than 180 days the vehicle has been at -. Byridder in -, greater than 105 days.
