Regional Acceptance Corporation effected a predatory loan against me, charging me both 18 % Interest as well as Compound Interest. I requested assistance with my - Payment when my pay was affected by my reportage of VA Violations to Congress in -/-/-. My original loan was eliminated and I was charged - per month. In lieu of working with me they used my good faith against me to charge me more, when I made a legal good faith payment as I could not afford to continue with the - Payment .- - of the Regional Acceptance Corporation office in - Texas CLOSED my - account, disabling my ability to pay, reported my account as 'Charged Off '' on My Credit Report. When I complained to the State BB & T their general insurer Responded in a Letter and via the internet stating that they would NOT refinance me nor would they repossess my vehicle. Unable to live with this situation I returned the vehicle in a Voluntary Repossession -/-/- In - Texas. I desire that all record of this company and their " debt '' be deleted from my credit report. I also want to seek damages via their General Insurance Provider, But BB & T refuses to give me a copy of their General Insurance certificate as of this writing.
