Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Incorrect information on credit report account terms

Experian Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Nebraska

Previously disputed - items with all - BUREUS, - bureaus removed the items under the FCRA sec 623 based on the accounts being unverifiable, incomplete or inaccurate. The results are to be shared with all reporting agencies if errors are found and account is deleted. Experian has not followed the laws that are in place to protect the consumer by removing these items. I hwve provided several letters with the results showing the deletin of these accounts. The continue to report inaccurate information that has been disputed and removed by the other - major reporting agencies. They hwve not provided method of verification to substantiate their claim. These are clear violations of the FCRA and my rights as a consumer.
