Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute New Jersey

I am a victim of identity theft, I have filed the necessary affidavit with all three CRA. The original creditors are disputing this information, the CRA is refusing to remove the items that the thief used. Its impacting my livelihood and ability to obtain credit. I have sent them numerous letters, refiled the affidavit. To no avail.
