I have been battling with Wells Fargo for years, most recently within the last couple of months. I have been submitting any documentations that I can send to them because my ex-boyfriend took out this loan in my name. This is a fraudulent account. I even have proof that Wells Fargo closed this account on my Credit Reports and then they keep changing the balance. I do not agree with this. They are not organized. The person who most recently handled this case, -. I was informed for over a month that she was a part of the Fraud department. Then she changed it today that she is part of the Recovery department. I do not know what to believe. I communicated within a timely manner, for each of their requests. They would always take a very long time to respond, without showing any proof, hard copies, of where this account came from. I do not want to be responsible for an account that does not belong to me. I want them to clear this balance again, to $0.00, which I have proof is showing and has shown on my credit reports.
