Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long North Carolina
I have disputed accounts that are inaccurate and a result of identity theft since - - knowing I am attempting to qualify for a housing program for my children and elderly mother. My identity was stolen between - therefore, I did not utilize credit. i had a fraud alert and freeze on all three bureaus -. For some odd reason, the credit bureaus have changed the dates to reflect -. I have in my possession the original credit report showing the correct date. I have provided Experian with - separate police reports, a copy of the ftc notarized affidavit, a copy of the certified receipt and letter send to - - requesting documentation, I have sent to them documents showing that - in the fraud department at - confirmed this was not my account. She very rude while doing so, however, she did. I then again requested a complete file along with a payment history as the credit report states payments were made in a timely manner and then suddenly stopped. Those payments were in no way made by me. What I did receive which I forwarded to Experien was a truth in lending statement from - that was obviously
of in the past. I am a minority, therefore, it would be obvious what they have done and in essence they would owe me as per the CFPB and the DOJ. However, Experian is obviously not requesting or obtaining the necessary documents as I can not obtain them either. Being I had a freeze on my report, would n't I have had to receive a telephone call prior to? I never did. Also, if - is claiming this vehicle was repossessed, under the Rhode Island Repossession statues, there are certain measures that need to be taken in order for the repossession to be legal. Those documents were also requested and thus far - has not produced them. I have been working on this for months and it is time Experian delete these accounts that are inaccurate. They are well aware of the identity theft I am still dealing with and yet they refuse to follow the rules of the FCRA and the FTC. I understand the creditor and the credit bureau can be held liable for punitive damages due to the fact that they are not in compliance, and they are not following protocol. Evidently if the - inaccurate accounts have been deleted from the other bureau, then obviously it has been proven beyond doubt. Just the fact that they have no documents and I provided a copy of the certified mail I sent to them. The credit bureau can not continue to report false information simply because a company with a very bad reputation and one who obviously preys on minorities and people who are - such as myself. If this is not removed immediately, and I do mean long before 30 days, I am going to pursue damages from both the creditor and Experian. This is 100 % negligence on your part. A company can not continuously report negative information without the documents to back it up. I am wondering how Experian is even performing an investigation. I do n't believe they are. However, with the documents I provided, it is very clear to see - is simply up to their old tricks and want to hold anyone accountable for their mistakes. I have requested even a credit report from them which they could not provide. Please, tell me how they got the interest rate they did? I requested the alleged documentation clearly asking if when this alleged vehicle was repo 'd where was it? I requested to see the documentation to prove it was a legal transaction, Nothing! Experian and - are intentionally prolonging this. - & - - delete immedi
