Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Equifax Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Michigan
I submitted a dispute online on - -, 2016. As of - -, 2016, I had not received any proper notice of investigation results so I sent a letter to Equifax, certified mail, return receipt requested, informing them that it had been over 30 days and I had not received a response. I never received anything in response to my letter dated - -, 2016, which is attached for review. However, on - -, 2016 I received results where - of my items were deleted accurately from my file however, the other - listed were not deleted and continue to be inaccurate and should be removed as well. Upon calling the number listed ( - ) on - -, 2016 and - -, 2016, speaking with five different representatives, many located out of the United States, I just could not receive the necessary and adequate help needed over the phone. The representatives appeared unknowledgeable regarding their own practices and policies at Equifax.
