I made a loan with MyPayDayLoan.com. Shortly after making the loan, I was not able to repay the scheduled payments. I have a tax lien filed against me, and my pay has has been garnished. In the process of trying to make a repayment plan through a debt counseling company, they refuse to work with them. Meanwhile they call me numerous times per day and at least one email each day trying to collect. I have attached two of their most recent emails for your review. One, I consider to be threatening as they claimed to have reported my bad check to Contribution, a service of SCAN??? I never sent them a check in any form. My complaint is ... They refuse to work with - - - to receive payments. - is not a debt settlement company. I made arrangements with - to repay the entire amount of the loan.
